Worst Experience ever. Bought a Whirlpool Washer, May of 2013 which stopped working January of 2014. We called TransGlobal early February and a tech was dispatched, after his visit we found out the Washer was now worse than before, it was now chewing our clothes. We called them again and they dispatched another tech who informed that the Washer had more damage to it and would require them to pick it up to have the repairs done at the shop. Since that day it has been back and forth, TransGlobal telling us they are still waiting for ordered parts before picking up the Washer. We also called Whirlpool, who told us its in the hands of TransGlobal. I have 4 kids in the house with no washer for the past 3 months. I am very unhappy. Worst customer service EVER.
