    I called the Brick March 2013 about our love. They said that a repairman will call you within 48-72 hours. Two weeks later still no call, when he finally called me, we set a date which was another 8 days away. He inspected the love seat and apparently the frame was broken and told us he will order the part and should be within two weeks. May 13th, we received a call that the part was being shipped to my house and should be there within 3-5 days. May 31, I called as the product hasn't arrived.     I was a very loyal Brick customer over the past decade and have enjoyed continued happiness with all of my purchases from furniture and bedding to appliances and electronics, but I have hit a road block with Trans Global recently that is quickly changing my opinion of the Brick as a whole. Despite my efforts to be very patient and understanding with your policies and procedures (which I fully respect), I'm losing patience quickly. I have a 46" Samsung TV that has been acting up for a number of months. I will give a brief description and exact dates and work order numbers.... More...

Worst Experience ever. Bought a Whirlpool Washer, May of 2013 which stopped working January of 2014. We called TransGlobal early February and a tech was dispatched, after his visit we found out the Washer was now worse than before, it was now chewing our clothes. We called them again and they dispatched another tech who informed that the Washer had more damage to it and would require them to pick it up to have the repairs done at the shop. Since that day it has been back and forth, TransGlobal telling us they are still waiting for ordered parts before picking up the Washer. We also called Whirlpool, who told us its in the hands of TransGlobal. I have 4 kids in the house with no washer for the past 3 months. I am very unhappy. Worst customer service EVER.
